Job summary

ByteDance is seeking a senior role in the Creator Operations team in Taguig, Philippines, to drive growth and monetization for creators and affiliates across MCNs and partners.

The role collaborates with agency executives, KOL networks, and leadership to shape long-term growth strategies and ensure creator voices are represented in organizational decisions. You will influence roadmaps and build scalable programs with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 3+ years in e-commerce or Affiliate/MCN industry.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder negotiation.
• Deep understanding of creator economy, live streamers, macro KOLs.
• Strong strategic thinking and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent data literacy for forecasting and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, enablement, and performance management of MCNs and agencies to grow creator engagement.
• Establish relationships with MCNs, agencies, and partners to unlock growth opportunities.
• Develop scalable creator programs with marketing, product, seller, and operations teams.
• Advise internal teams and influence strategic roadmap for the affiliate/creator ecosystem.
• Build operating frameworks, dashboards, and success metrics for MCNs and affiliates.
• Define policies and partner tiering to ensure quality and consistency.
• Drive monetization strategy and measure GMV, creator ROI, and retention.
