Job summary

ByteDance's Creator Operations team partners closely with celebrities and top creators to accelerate the growth of the e-commerce ecosystem. In this role, you will acquire, incubate, and nurture creators across multiple categories, supporting content growth, livestream performance, and overall e-commerce capabilities.

You will manage creator relationships, design growth strategies, and collaborate cross-functionally to align campaigns and incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 3+ years in creator management or influencer marketing.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into strategy.
• Familiarity with creator economy and e-commerce content.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with top creators and celebrities.
• Develop growth strategies using creator performance data.
• Lead content collaboration for live sessions and short videos.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns and priorities.
• Design creator Joint Business Plans (JBP), incentives, and campaigns.
• Identify and onboard new creator categories and ecosystems.
