Job summary

Playtime Entertainment Corp. seeks an experienced MCN Leader to drive the creator and influencer network across multiple platforms in the Philippines.

You will lead day-to-day operations, set performance targets, recruit talent, and optimize content strategies to grow audiences and monetization. You will collaborate with international teams and guide creators on livestreaming, posting strategies, and audience engagement, using data-driven insights to improve views and revenue.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in MCN operations or influencer management.
• Experience in leadership or people management.
• Strong knowledge of TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and livestreaming.
• Experience in creator acquisition, content strategy, audience growth, and monetization.
• Solid understanding of social media trends, analytics, and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience working with international or overseas teams is an advantage.
• Gaming, entertainment, esports, or digital-platform experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the MCN team and creator network.
• Establish strategies, targets, and performance standards for creators and channels.
• Monitor team and creator performance to ensure business objectives are achieved.
• Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage influencers, streamers, content creators, and KOLs.
• Build strong relationships with creators and support their content and audience growth.
• Develop retention and engagement strategies for high-performing creators.
• Develop content strategies across platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
• Monitor content trends, audience behavior, platform algorithms, and competitor activities.
• Guide creators on content quality, posting strategies, livestreaming, and audience engagement.
• Track key metrics including views, reach, engagement, follower growth, livestream performance, conversions, and revenue.
