Job summary

ByteDance is seeking a proactive leader to drive creator and affiliate monetization growth within the Commerce ops team. You will design and implement long-term growth strategies, partner with agency executives and KOL networks, and shape sustainable business models for MCNs across key verticals.

You will also lead cross-functional programs, establish executive relationships, and own monetization metrics to maximize platform value for creators and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above required.
• 3+ years in e-commerce or Affiliate/MCN sectors with knowledge of KOL/MCN trends.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to negotiate with partner managers and align internal resources.
• Deep understanding of the creator economy, including live streamers and talent networks.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, enablement, and performance management of MCNs and agencies to grow creator engagement.
• Establish relationships with MCNs, agencies, and strategic partners to unlock growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, seller and operations to launch scalable creator programs.
• Advise internal teams and influence roadmap planning for affiliate/creator ecosystems.
• Develop governance frameworks, dashboards, and metrics for MCNs and affiliates.
• Define policies and partner tiering to ensure quality and integrity.
• Drive monetization strategy and performance metrics for MCNs and partners.
• Own the commercial performance of the MCN and affiliate channel, including GMV and ROI.
