Job summary

Motolite Marketing Corp. seeks a Production Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of the smelting production line. You will monitor processes, prepare schedules, ensure deliverables, and maintain compliance with quality, environmental, health, and safety standards.

You will analyze production data, plan resources, and lead special projects as directed by senior management. Willingness to be assigned in Bulacan is required.

Qualifications

• Engineering or related field degree, licensure preferred.
• 1-2 years in manufacturing, supervisory preferred.
• Willingness to be assigned in Bulacan.
• Good oral and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production processes and prepare detailed output reports.
• Prepare and manage the production schedule to meet objectives and customer demands.
• Enforce adherence to policies and manufacturing procedures; ensure quality, EH&S compliance.
• Identify and plan resources, including manpower, to carry out production operations.

Job Summary:

The Production Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations of the smelting production line. This role is responsible for monitoring production processes, preparing schedules, ensuring deliverables, implementing company policies, and maintaining compliance with quality, environmental, health, and safety standards. The Production Supervisor will also analyze production data, plan resources, and undertake special projects as directed.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitoring and Reporting:

• Monitor production processes and prepare detailed output reports.
• Summarize and analyze production data, initiating changes when necessary.

Production Scheduling:

• Prepare and manage the production schedule to meet company objectives and customer demands.
• Ensure timely and efficient production to meet deliverable goals.

Compliance and Policy Implementation:

• Enforce strict adherence to company policies and manufacturing procedures.
• Maintain operational compliance with quality, environmental, health, and safety policies.

Resource Management:

• Identify and plan the necessary resources, including manpower, to carry out production operations effectively.
• Develop strategies to optimize resource allocation and utilization.

Strategic Planning and Development:

• Develop plans and strategies to accomplish both company and sectional objectives.
• Continuously seek ways to improve production processes and efficiency.

Special Projects:

• Undertake special projects as directed by senior management.
• Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications:

• Graduates of Engineering or related fields, preferably with licensure, providing a strong foundation in relevant principles.
• 1-2 years of working experience in a manufacturing company, preferably in a supervisory capacity, demonstrating practical knowledge of production processes.
• Willingness to be assigned in Bulacan.
• Above-average communication skills, both oral and written, facilitating effective coordination and collaboration within the team.
• Familiarity with process engineering tools such as Statistical Process Control (SPC), Lean Management, and Six Sigma would be advantageous, enhancing problem-solving abilities and process optimization.
