Job summary

Joy~Nostalg Group seeks a Materials Management Assistant to support logistics coordination, inventory monitoring, and documentation control across project sites. You will monitor DAF schedules, verify supplier deliveries, and reconcile POs with DAFs under supervision.

The role involves preparing delivery monitoring reports, site inspections, data updates, and assisting in OSM audits. Willingness to be assigned in Naic, Cavite is required.

Qualifications

• Assists in logistics coordination, inventory monitoring, and documentation control.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Delivery Advice Forms (DAF) schedules and update tracking logs.
• Assist in verifying supplier delivery schedules and quantities.
• Coordinate with suppliers for delivery confirmations under supervision.
• Reconcile Purchase Orders (PO) and DAFs for completeness and accuracy.
• Prepare and maintain delivery monitoring reports.
• Assist in conducting site and stockyard inspections.
• Record and update inventory data and stock movement reports.
• Support Site Owner Supplied Materials (OSM) audit activities.
• Track excess materials for reporting and possible reallocation.
• Consolidate bi-monthly inventory reports for review.
• Prepare standard forms and documentation for materials monitoring.
• Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
• Assist in gathering data for material consumption analysis.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Must be willing to be assigned in Naic, Cavite
