Our Clients in Danao City, Cebu, is seeking a Site Logistics Assistant Manager to lead warehousing operations for raw materials, packaging materials, and spare parts. The role covers inbound, outbound, and inventory control with a focus on uptime and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years in supervisory warehouse roles within manufacturing, plus hands-on experience with WMS, SAP, and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of supervisory experience in warehouse and inventory management in manufacturing.
• Experience with WMS, SAP or other major ERP systems.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Must reside in Danao City, Cebu or nearby areas.

Site Logistics Assistant Manager

Danao City, Cebu | On-site | Full-time, Dayshift

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, lead, and control warehousing operations for raw materials, packaging materials, and spare parts.
• Direct and oversee day-to-day site activities to maintain smooth, uninterrupted inbound, outbound, and inventory flows.
• Partner with Utilities & Facilities Engineering and external service providers to ensure the reliability and proper upkeep of cold and dry storage facilities, material handling equipment, and warehouse utilities.
• Monitor stock aging closely, identifying and flagging near-expiry or slow-moving items for timely and proper disposition.
• Enforce full compliance with prescribed receiving, handling, and storage guidelines across all raw and packaging materials at all times.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of supervisory experience in warehouse and inventory management within a manufacturing environment (open to candidates from any manufacturing industry).
• Extensive hands-on experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), inventory control processes, and SAP or other major ERP systems.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills, with a track record of building positive cross-functional relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to direct teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Must reside in Danao City, Cebu, nearby municipalities, or have local relatives in the area.
