Job summary

Joy~Nostalg Group seeks a Materials Assistant (Encoder) to support construction site operations. You will encode deliveries, maintain inventory records, and ensure proper documentation of material movements, collaborating with site teams, suppliers, and warehouse personnel.

Ideal candidates have a related degree or relevant experience, proficiency with MS Excel or Google Sheets, strong attention to detail, and willingness to be deployed on a construction project site in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Graduate or equivalent with related degree or relevant experience.
• 1 year of materials management or logistics experience preferred.
• Experience in a construction site environment is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Excel or Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Encode and record deliveries of construction supplies, materials, and site needs.
• Check delivery documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain updated records of all incoming materials.
• Coordinate with site personnel on discrepancies or missing documents.
• Maintain inventory records of materials received, issued, transferred, and remaining.
• Assist in monitoring stock against recorded inventory.
• Support regular inventory counts and reconciliation.
• Record issuance and movement of materials from storage to work sites.
• Maintain organized files of receipts, inventory records, and transfer documents.
• Prepare and update inventory monitoring reports.
