Job summary

Magnum RFM Ice Cream, Inc. (Selecta Philippines) is seeking a Finance Partner to own end-to-end materials forecasting and support quarterly wall-to-wall inventory counts.

You will ensure accurate financial planning, strong controls, and meaningful analysis for supply chain decisions. You will lead monthly forecasts, prepare balance reports, post MEC journal entries, and provide variance analysis with risks and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field.
• Working knowledge of SAP and key finance & supply chain processes.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret trends and variances.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end materials forecasting and monthly cycles.
• Prepare balance reports and post journal entries during MEC.
• Provide analysis on actuals vs forecast with risks and opportunities.
• Coordinate with depots and warehouses during W2W counts.
• Support finance operations, reporting and process improvements.
