Job summary

Magnum RFM Ice Cream Inc. is seeking a Finance Analyst focused on materials forecasting and inventory operations (project-based). You will drive monthly forecasts, support MEC close, and coordinate with warehouses during quarterly W2W counts.

Candidates should hold a Finance-related degree, have SAP knowledge, strong analytical and communication skills, and be comfortable with a 6-month project-based contract including weekend counts for audits.

Qualifications

• Has a bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
• Has working knowledge of SAP and understanding of key finance and supply chain processes.
• Brings strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret trends and challenge variances.
• Has effective communication skills, attention to detail, and stakeholder management skills.
• Thinks end-to-end and takes ownership for results.
• Is amenable to working on weekends, but only limited to quarterly wall-to-wall counts.
• Is amenable to a project-based contract for at least 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end forecasting of materials during FC and LV cycles.
• Prepare balance reports and post journal entries during MEC.
• Deliver analysis on actuals vs forecast, including risks and opportunities.
• Manage the quarterly OP cycle and ensure alignment and accuracy.
• Act as Finance POC for depots and warehouses during quarterly W2W counts.
• Review, validate, and consolidate W2W documentation per finance controls.
