Magnum RFM Ice Cream, Inc. (Selecta Philippines) is seeking a highly driven Finance Partner to own end-to-end materials forecasting and support finance operations for the quarterly wall-to-wall (W2W) inventory counts.

This role ensures accurate financial planning, strong operational controls, and meaningful analysis that helps drive supply chain decision-making. The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field, working knowledge of SAP, and strong analytical,

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field.
• Working knowledge of SAP and core finance and supply chain processes.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret trends and variances.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

Mansioni

• Lead monthly end-to-end forecasting of materials during FC and LV cycles.
• Prepare balance reports and post journal entries during Month-End Close (MEC).
• Deliver clear analysis on actuals vs forecast, including risks and opportunities.
• Manage the quarterly Operating Plan (OP) cycle with accuracy and alignment.
• Act as Finance POC for depots and warehouses during quarterly W2W counts.
• Review, validate, and consolidate W2W documentation respecting finance controls and audit standards.
• Perform PID adjustments with proper review and documentation.
