Job summary

Magnum RFM Ice Cream, Inc. (Selecta Philippines) is seeking a Finance Partner to own end-to-end materials forecasting and support finance operations for quarterly wall-to-wall inventory counts.

You will lead monthly forecasts, prepare balance reports and journal entries, and deliver clear analyses on actuals versus forecast, risks and opportunities, while coordinating with depots and warehouses. Responsibilities

• Lead monthly end-to-end forecast of materials during: FC (Forecast Cycle) – every Week 1; LV (Latest View) – every Week 3.
• Prepare expected balance reports and post journal entries during Month-End Close (MEC).
• Deliver analyses on actuals vs. forecast, including risks and opportunities.
• Manage the quarterly Operating Plan (OP) cycle with alignment and accuracy.
• Act as Finance POC for depots and warehouses during quarterly W2W counts.
• Review, validate, and consolidate W2W documentation and perform PID adjustments.

The role

We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Finance Partner responsible for end-to-end materials forecasting and supporting finance operations for quarterly wall-to-wall (W2W) inventory counts. This role ensures accurate financial planning, strong operational controls, and meaningful analysis that helps drive supply chain decision-making.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Materials Forecasting & Analysis

• Lead the monthly end-to-end forecasting of materials during:
  • FC (Forecast Cycle) – every Week 1
  • LV (Latest View) – every Week 3
• Prepare expected balance reports and post judgmental journal entries as needed during Month-End Close (MEC).
• Deliver clear and meaningful analysis on actuals vs. forecast, including risks and opportunities.
• Manage the quarterly Operating Plan (OP) cycle, ensuring alignment and accuracy.

Wall-to-Wall Inventory Count (W2W) Finance Champion

• Act as the Finance Point of Contact (POC) for depots and warehouses during quarterly W2W counts.
• Lead the review, validation, and consolidation of W2W documentation while ensuring adherence to finance controls and audit standards.
• Perform PID (Physical Inventory Difference) adjustments, supported by proper review and documentation.

Other Responsibilities

• Provide support in finance operations, reporting, analysis, and process improvements as needed.
• Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time to support overall finance and supply chain requirements.

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Has a bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
• Has working knowledge of SAP and understanding of key finance and supply chain processes
• Brings strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret trends and challenge variances
• Has effective communication skills, attention to detail, and stakeholder management skills
• Thinks end-to-end and takes ownerships for results
• Is comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving organisation
• Values collaboration, clarity and low-ego ways of working
• Is amenable to working on weekends, but only limited to quarterly wall-to-wall counts
• Is amenable to work on a project-based contract for at least 6 months
