Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil and/or materials engineering required.
• Minimum 5 years in materials engineering or asset integrity.
• Experience in inspection, assessment, and remediation of assets.
• Ability to lead multiple projects with budgets and schedules.
• Knowledge of cathodic protection and protective coatings.
• PRC license preferred; Master's degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver materials engineering assessments across projects.
• Develop remediation, repair, life extension and coating solutions.
• Prepare technical reports, specifications, and client deliverables.
• Analyze materials data from inspections, testing and performance.
• Undertake site inspections and condition assessments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for integrated solutions.
• Support business development through proposals and client engagements.
• Manage project scope, budgets, schedules and deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Stay updated on emerging materials engineering technologies.
