Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Maintenance Engineer – Mechanical to ensure safety, integrity and reliability of Malampaya assets through effective maintenance planning and execution. You will prepare WOs, document work packs, and coordinate with Operations and Supply Chain to ensure readiness at sites including offshore locations.

The role emphasizes adherence to safety standards, 8 weeks lookahead planning, and continuous improvement while managing costs and critical equipment activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years in maintenance work, projects, or operations.
• Oil & Gas exposure is a plus.
• Experience leading teams of staff and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Prepare corrective maintenance WOs (work orders).
• Plan and schedule simple to medium WOs with 8 weeks lookahead and 18 months plan.
• Develop work packs, JHA, method statements, and schedules for safe execution.
• Coordinate with Operations, Supply Chain, and technical authorities.
• Support continuous improvement, cost control, and safety objectives.
• Relieve Lead Technician and handle on-call/offshore support.
