Job summary

MBPS Cabling Corporation is seeking an inventory and procurement specialist for an on-site Manila position. The role requires 1–2 years in purchasing, logistics, or materials control, and a college degree; engineering is a plus.

You will monitor stock levels, process requests, coordinate with suppliers, track materials, and prepare reports. Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office is essential to support project teams and ensure accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• College graduate; Engineering degree is an advantage.
• 1–2 years in purchasing, logistics, or materials control.
• Experience in cabling or telecommunications preferred.
• Hands-on knowledge of cabling products and materials.
• Proficient in procurement, inventory management, and documentation.
• Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
• Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure stock availability.
• Process purchase requests and coordinate procurement activities with suppliers and vendors.
• Track incoming and outgoing materials and ensure accurate documentation.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Coordinate deliveries, shipments, and material transfers to project sites or warehouses.
• Prepare inventory, procurement, and logistics reports as required.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and issuance of materials.
• Collaborate with project teams and other departments to support operational requirements.
