II-VI Laser Enterprise Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Procurement/Material Planning professional for an onsite role in Laguna. The candidate will ensure material delivery per commitment, sustain Week Of Inventory, and coordinate with Purchasing to align customer commits with delivery changes.
A BSIE degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience is required. The role requires strong problem-solving, interpersonal skills, and familiarity with PDCA, RCCA, 8D, and Oracle.
Ensure material delivery per commitment
Sustain the required Week Of Inventory
Timely material ordering to avoid delays that may affect production builds
Closely work with Purchasing on the material delivery and ensure customer commits are aligned with any changes on the delivery
Inform Production Planner for any changes in delivery/shipment commit
A bachelor’s degree in BSIE or its equivalents with at least 2 years of relevant work experience in Procurement or Material Planning (functional skills)
Microsoft literate
Possess strong interpersonal skills and enjoy the process of problem-solving
Knowledgeable in PDCA, RCCA, 8D
Work effectively with other members of Coherent Corp.
Oracle background is an advantage
