• Lead and supervise the procurement team in RFQs, PO processing, and supplier coordination for PUMPS production.
• Manage relationships with key suppliers including escalations and negotiations.
• Drive cost-saving initiatives through strategic sourcing and benchmarking.
• Ensure timely procurement to support production and project requirements.
• Monitor supplier performance and implement improvement actions.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including dual sourcing and inventory planning.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (engineering, operations, finance, global teams).
• Develop and enforce procurement processes, policies, and compliance standards.
• Track KPIs and prepare procurement reports for management.
• Coach and develop team members to improve performance and capability.
