Experience in material planning, supply chain, inventory management, production planning, or a related manufacturing function.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret material and inventory data.
Proven cross-functional collaboration and effective communication across teams.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage Material Enablement activities to ensure timely material readiness for production.
Coordinate across Production Planning, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Program Management to remove barriers.
Monitor availability, shortages, and risks and implement recovery actions and metrics reporting.
Present material readiness and risk information to site leadership for decision-making.
Drive continuous improvement in material planning, inventory management, and supply chain processes.
Mentor and develop Material Enablement team members with clear performance goals.
