Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Performs testing on all physical and engineering properties of construction materials used for all projects under implementation.
Responsible for checking the quality and quantity of materials to be used in the project site
Responsible for on-time delivery and proper logistics work, such as issuing/receiving/controlling construction tools, equipment, and materials at the job site
Ensures that all project materials are properly accounted, well documented, and have the appropriate amount of stocks at every given time
Perform duties as warehouse-in-charge such as issuing/receiving the outgoing and incoming Gate pass, and keeping weekly Materials Inventory Reports
Job Qualifications:
Candidates must have at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Material Science), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
Must have at least 1 year of relevant work experience
Must have strong attention to detail and can work well under pressure.
Excellent verbal and communication skills and is confident in dealing with people across all levels and with vendors/suppliers
Must be willing to stay in the staff house provided by the company at the Project Location (Naic & General Trias, Cavite) and do fieldwork
