The role focuses on keeping materials available when needed and maintaining accurate records to optimize inventory. The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial/Material/Mechanical) or related field, with 1–3 years in warehouse and supply chain management, proficiency in MS Office, and CMS for material

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (preferrably Industrial, Material, or Mechanical Engineering), Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.
• With at least 1-3 years of relevant experience in Warehouse & Supply Chain Management.
• Must be proficient in MS Office and knowledgeable of CMS for Material Management
• Willing to be assigned to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee materials and assets management for a project site with the MMD Supervisor/Manager.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and optimize stock levels to support project needs.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely and cost‑effective material handling.
• Ensure proper records and documentation for material planning and control.

Link Energie Industries Co. Inc. is a construction company with 23 years of experience specializing in water infrastructure projects, including pipelaying, wastewater facilities, and reservoir engineering. We are currently managing seven ongoing projects across Greater Metro Manila in partnership with Manila Water and Maynilad Water.

About the Job:

We are looking for a Materials Engineer who will play a vital role in keeping project operations organized, efficient, and well-supported through effective material planning and coordination. This position focuses on ensuring that project teams have the right materials available when needed, while maintaining accurate records, optimizing inventory levels, and supporting operational efficiency across the site.

Role:

The Materials Engineer is responsible for overseeing the efficient management and control of materials and assets of a particular project site together with MMD Supervisor/Manager. The Material Control Engineer plays a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy and warehouse process conformance, minimizing waste, and ensuring the timely supply of materials for project requirements. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth and cost-effective material handling.

Minimum Qualifications:
