Job summary

MicroSourcing in Quezon City, Philippines, is seeking a Material Buying Planner to join our night shift onsite team. You will issue and manage POs, ensure orders are received in full, and coordinate with Inventory and Logistics to keep production supplied.

We value precise data entry, ERP proficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. With a Bachelor’s in Business and at least three years in manufacturing, you will help optimize purchasing, stock levels, and supplier

Qualifications

• Min 3 years in manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree in Business.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
• Data entry and record keeping.
• Order management.
• Proficient in Excel and able to learn how to use our ERP.
• Good communication skill.

Responsibilities

• Issue PO and ensure all PO are approved and confirmed.
• Make sure ordered items are received in full.
• Ensure orders are delivered on time.
• Work closely with Inventory specialist to ensure production has enough material.
• Coordinate with logistics if order needs to be picked up.
• Run monthly purchase reports.
• Understand Minimun Order Requirement, Limited Space, Cash Flow, and Shelf Life of ingredients.
