MicroSourcing in Eastwood, Libis, QC, Philippines is hiring a Material Buying Planner for onsite night shift. You will manage purchasing activities and ensure material availability for production.

Key duties include issuing POs, obtaining approvals, confirming receipts, coordinating with inventory and logistics, and running monthly purchase reports. Requirements: minimum 3 years in manufacturing, a Bachelor’s degree in Business, strong attention to detail, excellent Excel skills, and the ability

Responsibilities

• Issue PO.
• Ensure all issued POs are approved and confirmed.
• Ensure ordered items are received in full.
• Ensure orders delivered on time.
• Work with Inventory to ensure production has enough material.
• Coordinate with logistics for pickup when needed.
• Run monthly purchase reports.
• Understand MOQ, space constraints, cash flow, and shelf life.

Responsibilities

• Issue PO
• Make sure all issue PO are approved and confirmed
• Make sure ordered item, received in full
• Make sure orders delivered ontimeWork closely with Inventory specialist to make sure production will have enough material to run
• Work with logistic if order need to be picked up
• Run monthly purchase report
• Make sure to understand Minimun Order Requirement, Limited Space, Cash Flow, and Shelf Life of ingredient

Prior Experience

• Min 3 years in manufacturing
• Education – Bachelor Degree in Business
• Strong attention detail
• Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment
• Data entry and record keeping
• Order Management
• Proficient in Excel and able to learn how to use our ERP
• Good communication skill
