Job summary

The Laguna Creamery Inc is seeking a Master Data Management Staff to support governance and accuracy across customer, vendor, asset, and other master records in line with company policies.

You will assist in data validation, cleansing, and maintaining master data, while coordinating with Sales, Billing, Operations, and IT to ensure consistency and timely updates. Proficiency in Excel and attention to detail are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 1 year of data management or accounting experience.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience may be considered.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic to intermediate).
• Attention to detail and accuracy required.
• Good organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to work with large datasets and coordinate with multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist in master data governance, policies, and procedures implementation.
• Create, update, and maintain Customer, Vendor, Asset, and other Master Data records.
• Perform data validation, cleansing, and deduplication activities.
• Coordinate with Sales, Billing, Operations, Accounting, IT and business users to support master data requirements.
• Prepare basic reports on master data accuracy and status.
• Support process improvement and automation initiatives for master data workflows.
