Job summary

TASQ is seeking a Master Data Specialist to ensure accurate, timely processing across Material, Vendor, Customer, and Finance domains. The role connects daily delivery with governance and stakeholder support, driving data quality and scalable operating models in the GCC Manila.

The position emphasizes operational delivery, data validation, and continuous improvement to maintain service quality across domains and ensure a well-governed master data environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Training in process improvement, data management, or shared services operations desirable.

Responsibilities

• Operational Delivery: handle day-to-day master data operations across domains with timely, accurate processing.
• Data Quality, Controls & Governance: validate requests, ensure adherence to SOPs and governance.
• Stakeholder, Customer & Service Experience: act as operational contact with stakeholders and ensure responsive support.
• Continuous Improvement & Operational Excellence: identify and implement process improvements and standardisation.
• Performance Measures: meet turnaround times, ensure data accuracy, and maintain visibility of service performance.
