Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, IT or related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with data management is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Basic SAP ERP knowledge preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day data management tasks including account creations, modifications, blocking, and deletions.
• Execute stakeholder requests for data cleansing and harmonization.
• Ensure adherence to Continental policies to maintain data integrity.
• Conduct compliance checks for data accuracy.
• Escalate incidents to the analyst or team lead when needed.
• Support data preparation and mass update readiness.
• Assist team and participate in trainings and process improvements.
