Job summary

Dover Business Services is a Cebu-based shared services provider delivering assurance and quality control support across DBS sites and initiatives. This role focuses on improving control processes, documenting reviews, and coordinating with the master data management team to ensure policy alignment.

The Analyst will support reviews of master data changes, prepare management reports, and assist in quarterly ERP access reviews and SOD activities, contributing to continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree as listed; CPA is a plus.
• Minimum 1 year in quality auditing, data management, controls and risk management, or related role, preferably in a shared service.
• Audit background from reputable firms is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to document and trace changes.

Responsibilities

• Review changes to vendor and customer master data for accuracy.
• Ensure all master data changes are documented and traceable.
• Verify compliance with internal policies, data standards and regulatory requirements.
• Identify inconsistencies and report findings to stakeholders.
• Provide corrective action recommendations and process improvements.
• Collaborate with master data management teams and DBS units to align changes with policies.
• Maintain detailed records of master data reviews and corrective actions.
• Assist in preparing reports and presenting findings to management.
• Support timely ERP access review and annual segregation of duties (SOD) review.
• Contribute to ad hoc projects and initiatives.
