Job summary

Dover Business Services Philippines Corporation is seeking a Manager, Business Process Controls and Quality to establish and lead enterprise-wide internal controls across multiple global DBS locations, reporting to the CFO. The role requires strong PM, risk assessment, and regulatory-compliance expertise to drive best practices in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting/Business management.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP, Sarbanes-Oxley, COSO framework and leading practices.
• 12+ years in Finance and/or 2 years in Audit (Big 4 or multinational).
• Experience in Risk & Compliance or Internal Control roles preferred.
• Experience with financial systems and IT controls implementations.
• Energetic self-starter with strong project management and multi-tasking abilities.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Able to adapt to a changing environment; proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and refinement of internal controls, policies, and work instructions across DBS processes.
• Lead a team of specialists to improve operational efficiency and integration of controls with operations.
• Perform risk assessments and remediation of audit findings.
