Job summary

TASQ Staffing Solutions is seeking a Master Data Specialist for onsite operations in BGC Taguig. The role ensures accurate, timely processing of master data across Material, Vendor, Customer, and Finance domains, linking day-to-day delivery with governance and domain ownership, while supporting issue resolution and scalable data model development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Training in process improvement, data management, or shared services operations desirable.

Responsibilities

• Operational delivery: manage day-to-day master data operations for creation, change and deletion across domains.
• Oversee workload, queue management and service performance to meet turnaround times and quality.
• Ensure data validation, governance, approvals, and SOP adherence across all requests.
• Escalate data defects or process issues to onshore and delivery centre stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement and scalable operating model for master data in GCC Manila.
