Responsibilities

• Maintain, update, and validate customer and/or pricing master data across systems
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data for reporting and operations
• Perform data reconciliations between systems and investigate discrepancies
• Support basic accounting processes and ensure alignment with financial records
• Process and validate data changes, ensuring proper documentation and approvals
• Resolve data issues impacting billing, pricing, and financial transactions
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure data integrity
• Assist in audits and maintain compliance with internal controls and policies
• Identify and implement data quality and process improvement initiatives
• Handle multi-entity data management in a shared services or global environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in master data, customer data, or pricing data management
• Experience in data reconciliation and discrepancy resolution
• Basic understanding of accounting principles (invoicing, revenue, financial data flow)
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a plus
• Ability to manage large datasets with accuracy and efficiency
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
