Job summary

Infosys BPM Philippines in the GCC Manila delivery center seeks a Master Data Lead to guide the Master Data team across Material, Vendor, Customer, and Finance domains, ensuring accurate, timely, and well-controlled processing.

Reporting to the Master Data Governance & Operations leadership, you will drive data quality, governance, and continuous improvement, coach the team, and partner with onshore and domain owners to deliver reliable data services.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Information Management, or related field.
Training in process improvement, data management, or shared services operations desirable.
6+ years of master data operations experience.
Experience leading in a service-driven operational environment.
Eligibility to work in Philippines.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day master data operations across in-scope domains, ensuring timely and accurate processing of master data requests including creation, change, and deletion activities.
Oversee workload allocation, queue management, and service performance across the team to meet agreed turnaround times, quality expectations, and business priorities.
Monitor operational trends, request volumes, exceptions, and capacity risks to maintain stable delivery.
Support continuity of service across the team and ensure issues are escalated and resolved effectively.
Oversee or support additional master data request types, such as BOM changes, as scope evolves.
