Job Description

• Data Stewardship & Maintenance
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of key retail master data (e.g., Product Information Management/PIM, Customer, Vendor, Store/Location data). This involves daily maintenance, validation, and enrichment of data records, often using specialized MDM tools.
• Data Cleansing and Standardization
• Identify, analyze, and resolve data quality issues (inconsistencies, duplicates, incomplete records) through data profiling and cleansing routines. Develop and implement standardization rules to maintain uniform data formats across all systems.
• Collaborate with merchandising and marketing teams to enrich product data with high-quality attributes (descriptions, specifications, images, videos) necessary for both internal operations and external e-commerce/catalog presentation.
• Integration Support Monitor and troubleshoot data interfaces between core retail systems, such as the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), POS (Point-of-Sale), WMS (Warehouse Management System), and E-commerce platform. Ensure data flows smoothly and accurately between these platforms.
• Migration Support data migration efforts for system upgrades or new store/channel launches. This includes data mapping, transformation, and validation to ensure a seamless transfer of clean data. Impact Analysis Perform data impact analysis for business process changes (e.g., introducing a new product category or loyalty program) to determine the necessary data model and governance updates.

Job Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Information Tech./ Computer Science or its Equivalent

With at least 1-3 years of experience
