Infosys BPM Philippines in Manila seeks a Master Data Senior Lead to drive end-to-end master data operations across Material, Vendor, Customer, and Finance domains with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and governance. You will lead a team, coordinate with onshore leadership, and ensure strong controls and process discipline.

The role builds a scalable operating model, strengthens data quality, and delivers reliable business support with clear stakeholder engagement and governance adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Training in process improvement or data management is desirable.
• 8+ years’ experience in master data operations or shared services.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day master data operations across in-scope domains (Material, Vendor, Customer, Finance).
• Manage workload, queue management, and service performance to meet targets.
• Ensure data validation, governance adherence, and SOP compliance.
• Escalate issues and drive continuous improvement of data processes.
• Coach and develop the GCC master data team, aligning with onshore leaders.
