Job summary

Conduent is seeking a Master Data Analyst in the Philippines to manage and maintain customer master data with a strong eye for detail. You will handle large data volumes, leverage basic Excel macros, and support data cleansing and reporting efforts.

The role requires collaboration with Finance, Sales, and Operations, with on-site work and shifting schedules. Salesforce experience is a plus but not required, and a bachelor’s degree is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Basic knowledge of Excel macros and data management tools.
• Experience with customer master data or account setup preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain customer accounts for new and existing clients.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of customer master data updates.
• Support data cleansing, validation, and reporting activities.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Operations to resolve data issues.
• Assist in process improvement and data quality initiatives.
