You will design reports, dashboards, and KPIs, and partner with the AVP to optimize financial operations through data-driven strategies. This role demands strong analytics, attention to data integrity, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, data science, business analytics, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards for billing, collections, reconciliations, refunds, and customer service.
• Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for AVP and senior management with clear analysis against targets.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reporting systems and databases with quality controls.
• Present data and insights in user-friendly formats to support decision-making for operations and leadership.
• Develop predictive models and forecasts to assist financial planning and risk management.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve billing accuracy and collection efficiency.
