Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring a Master Data Administrator to manage product data across sites from its Eastwood, Libis location in Quezon City. The role requires aligning product data standards with merchandising, marketing, and operations for accurate master data maintenance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field preferred but not essential.
• Previous experience in master data management or similar data administration role.
• Familiarity with retail planograms, product data management, and/or pricing systems is a plus.
• Attention to detail with data entry accuracy.
• Strong communication with cross-functional teams including operations, procurement, finance, and IT.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the setup and configuration of Product data for new and existing sites.
• Work closely with site managers and departments to ensure adherence to Product data standards.
• Ensure site-specific Product data requirements are captured and reflected in the system.
• Maintain the Product Master data for all products in the system.
• Ensure product data is accurate and up to date with changes in specifications, descriptions, and attributes.
• Coordinate with merchandising, marketing, and operations to standardise product details across the organisation.
• Maintain RRP pricing on Product Master data across sites and product lines.
• Maintain Promotion pricing based on schedules and targeted promotions.
• Ensure Promo Pricing and Case Deal management is accurate before print in Shop Up booklet.
• Coordinate pricing updates across departments to Site managers with signoff and historical records.

Your Role

As a Master Data Administrator, you will:

• Assist with the setup and configuration of Product data for new and existing sites.


• Work closely with site managers and relevant departments to ensure smooth implementation and adherence to Product data standards.


• Ensure all site-specific Product data requirements are captured and reflected accurately in the system.


• Maintain the Product Master data for all products in the system.


• Ensure product data is accurate, up to date, and reflects any changes in product specifications, descriptions, and attributes.


• Coordinate with merchandising, marketing, and operations teams to ensure product details are standardised across the organisation


• Maintain RRP pricing on Product Master data, ensuring that pricing structures are correctly implemented across all sites and product lines.


• Maintain Promotion pricing based on promotional schedule, combat site, or strategically targeted promotions.


• Ensures Promo Pricing and Case Deal management is 100% accurate and checked for the Shop Up booklet prior to print.


• Coordinate Pricing updates across departments to Site managers. Including signoff, update historical record, and communication to Sites

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred but not essential.


• Previous experience in master data management or a similar data administration role


• Familiarity with retail planograms, product data management, and/or pricing systems is a plus.


• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring data is entered correctly and maintained without errors.


• Communication: Excellent communication skills to liaise with various departments, including operations, procurement, finance, and IT, ensuring smooth data transitions


• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of data management systems, master data tools, and proficiency in Excel and other data analysis software.


• Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams to gather, validate, and update data on time
