Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in MarTech/AdTech, digital marketing platforms, or technology consulting.
• Strong expertise in MarTech/AdTech transformation and assessments, with proficiency in Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), and Google Marketing Platform.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation, campaign management, personalization, analytics, and platform integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead MarTech/AdTech capability assessments and develop technology strategies, solution architectures, and implementation roadmaps.
• Drive the design, implementation, and optimization of marketing platforms, automation, personalization, analytics, and campaign management solutions.
• Oversee platform integrations, including API-based integrations, and ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Evaluate technology vendors and recommend solutions based on client needs and emerging market trends.
• Ensure consideration of data privacy regulations, including GDPR and CCPA, in marketing technology solutions.
• Manage client relationships, project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Lead, mentor, and develop digital marketing technology teams.
• Support business development, proposal development, and thought leadership initiatives.
