Job summary

Nexus Ingredients Inc. is seeking an attentive Marketplace & Store Management specialist to run daily operations on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.

You will manage product listings, ensure accurate pricing and stock, and monitor platform policies and campaigns. You will also handle BigSeller synchronization, inventory control, and cross-functional coordination with Warehouse, Marketing, and Finance to ensure seamless selling across marketplaces.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multi-marketplace listings across Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
• Ability to monitor store health, policies, and campaigns.
• Strong collaboration with warehouse, marketing, finance and CS teams.

Responsibilities

• Operate daily with Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop Seller Centers.
• Create, update, and audit product listings (titles, descriptions, images, prices, variations, SKU).
• Manage BigSeller for copylisting, synchronization, and inventory; monitor cross-platform sync.
• Oversee campaigns: flash sales, vouchers, discounts, shipping promos.
• Respond to customer inquiries via Douke; provide product/order/support info; maintain chat response rate.
• Monitor online inventory; coordinate with Warehouse on stock discrepancies; prevent overselling.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Finance, Warehouse, CS for smooth operations and timely updates.
