Job summary

ConnectOS is seeking an Operations Administrator in the Philippines to support the Marketplace team with daily tasks and customer service queries related to product sales. You will coordinate with sellers to manage refunds, onboard new products, and maintain listings while ensuring accurate records and compliance.

The role requires 1–2 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in an Operations Administrator or similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Support the Marketplace team with daily operational tasks.
• Assist with customer service queries related to product sales.
• Coordinate with internal teams and sellers to manage refunds and returns.
• Support onboarding of new products and sellers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date Marketplace listings.
• Manage and update the seller database.
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure consistency and compliance of product information.
• Keep clear and organised records of seller communications and listings.
• Collaborate with the team to understand seller and listing requirements.
• Assist with documentation preparation and review.
• Provide general administrative support as needed.
