Job summary

Moom Health is expanding across Asia, and you will own Moom's sales on Shopee & TikTok Shop in the Philippines, collaborating with brand, content, and supply chain teams across the region.

You will plan campaigns, build affiliate and KOL partnerships, and manage LIVE selling while keeping storefronts optimized for ranking, pricing and reviews. Forecast demand and report weekly results to optimize growth.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Shopee, Lazada or TikTok Shop for beauty/health/FMCG brands.
• Proven track record growing marketplace sales profitably via mega sale campaigns.
• Hands-on with Shopee Seller Centre, Shopee Ads and TikTok Shop Seller Center.
• Experience working with affiliates, KOLs or LIVE selling on TikTok Shop.
• Comfort with numbers, spreadsheets and marketplace analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own sales, revenue, and profitability targets for Shopee and TikTok Shop Philippines.
• Plan and run campaign calendar including mega sales, vouchers, bundles, and flash deals.
• Build and manage affiliate and KOL partnerships, and coordinate LIVE selling.
• Keep storefronts sharp: titles, images, pricing, reviews, and search ranking.
• Build relationships with account managers to secure campaign slots and support.
• Forecast demand and coordinate with supply chain to prevent stock-outs.
• Brief content team on listing visuals, LIVE content and short-form videos based on trends.
• Coordinate with Performance Marketing to align off-platform traffic with marketplace campaigns.
• Share weekly performance reports on sales, traffic, conversion and margins.
