Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, marketplace management, or product content management.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Proficient in using Shopee, Lazada, and other marketplace seller centers.
• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and data management.
• Good communication and coordination skills across teams.

Responsibilities

• Create, upload, and maintain product listings on online marketplace platforms.
• Ensure all product information (titles, descriptions, attributes, images, and specifications) are complete, accurate, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Optimize content for visibility and searchability within each marketplace (SEO best practices).
• Ensure product pricing and discount structures are correctly reflected across platforms.
• Regularly audit online listings to confirm accuracy in SRP, promo prices, and bundle deals.
• Coordinate with the MPCD Heads, Ecomm and Marketing teams to implement approved price changes or campaign setups.
• Enroll eligible products in marketplace campaigns, flash sales and promotional events based on business priorities.
• Coordinate with Ecomm Team for campaign schedules, guidelines, and approvals.
• Monitor product availability and coordinate with the MPC Analyst and warehouse teams for stock replenishment.
• Tag or update out-of-stock and restock notifications in marketplaces.
• Maintain accurate stock visibility across all platforms to prevent overselling or stock discrepancies.
• Generate regular reports on product listing accuracy.
• Identify gaps or opportunities in content, pricing, and product visibility.
• Recommend improvements to enhance conversion and customer experience.
