Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date product listings, including descriptions, images, and pricing, while ensuring stock availability.
• Process and manage sales orders through the system, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
• Guide customers through the online buying process, offering personalized product recommendations and addressing inquiries.
• Utilize digital channels to attract, engage, and acquire new customers.
• Review daily sales activities and customer trends to suggest improvements.
• Provide exceptional online customer service by promptly handling inquiries and resolving concerns.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and inventory management skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data and optimize strategies for improved performance.
• Experience in retail sales and online sales/inventory systems is a plus.
