Job Description

Purple Roof, a UAE-based property portal, is looking for a Marketing & Support Officer for the Philippines real estate market.

The main responsibility of this role is to increase the number of genuine property listings on the Purple Roof platform by actively connecting with the Philippines real estate industry.

The officer will be responsible for:

• Approaching real estate agents, brokers, real estate companies, developers, property management companies, and direct property owners.

• Introducing Purple Roof and explaining how the property-listing platform works.

• Encouraging real estate professionals and property owners to publish their available properties on Purple Roof.

• Building and maintaining relationships with agents, developers, companies, and direct owners.

• Searching for new property listing opportunities within the Philippines market.

• Handling incoming enquiries generated through Purple Roof's digital marketing campaigns.

• Managing and responding to website live-chat enquiries during agreed working hours.

• Guiding agents, companies, developers, and owners through the registration and property-listing process.

• Following up with interested contacts until their properties are successfully listed.

• Supporting existing property partners and encouraging them to continuously add new available properties.

• Maintaining professional communication through live chat, email, phone, and WhatsApp Business.

• Maintaining a daily spreadsheet containing outreach activities, contacts, follow-ups, listings submitted, listings approved, and pending opportunities.

• Providing regular updates to management regarding daily activities and listing progress.

• Achieving a minimum monthly target of 300 approved property listings.

The objective of the role is not simply to answer enquiries. The officer is expected to convert marketing leads and direct outreach into genuine active property listings on Purple Roof.

Qualifications & Experience

The ideal candidate should have:

• Good knowledge of the Philippines real estate market.

• Understanding of major property markets, cities, developments, agents, real estate companies, and developers in the Philippines.

• Previous experience in real estate, property portals, property listing, sales, marketing, business development, lead generation, or customer support is preferred.

• Confidence in approaching new real estate businesses and property owners.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Good written and spoken English.

• Ability to professionally handle live-chat and WhatsApp enquiries.

• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and achieve monthly targets.

• Good knowledge of Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.

• Ability to maintain accurate daily records and reports.

• Familiarity with digital marketing leads and online customer enquiries.

• Good computer and online research skills.

• Ability to manage multiple contacts, conversations, and follow-ups at the same time.

• Professional, organised, target-oriented, and responsive working style.

Salary & Benefits

Monthly Salary

USD 200 per month

The position carries a monthly KPI of:

300 approved property listings per month

Listings must be genuine, complete, and approved according to Purple Roof's listing requirements.

Duplicate, false, incomplete, misleading, or unauthorised listings will not be counted toward the monthly target.

Performance Commission

Once the officer exceeds 300 approved listings in the same month, an additional commission will be paid.

USD 0.50 for every approved listing above 300.

Examples:

• 300 listings: USD 200 salary

• 350 listings: USD 200 salary + USD 25 commission

• 400 listings: USD 200 salary + USD 50 commission

• 500 listings: USD 200 salary + USD 100 commission

There is no fixed upper limit on additional listing commission, provided the listings are genuine and approved.
