Somewhere is seeking a remote Offsite Leasing Assistant to drive occupancy and resident satisfaction in a high-volume, fast-paced sales environment. You will manage the full leasing cycle, from inquiry to lease execution, and serve as a primary contact for residents.

This full-time role requires 40 hours per week (Tue-Sat) with Pacific Time coverage. You will handle lead responses within 24 hours, coordinate tours, refresh online listings, and maintain leasing data.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential property management leasing experience.
• Proven record of converting leads to leases.
• Proficiency in property management software: Entrata, Yardi, AppFolio, or RealPage.
• Working knowledge of U.S. Fair Housing regulations.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills; skilled in phone-based rapport building.

Pay Range: $1500 to $2000 USD/month (varies based on skill set and experience level)
