About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Marketing Staff to join the team at BW SUPERBAKESHOP-ELJIN. This is a full-time position based in Tarlac, Central Luzon, where you will play a vital role in supporting our marketing initiatives and helping to build brand awareness for our bakery business. As Marketing Staff, you will contribute to the development of new products and execution of marketing campaigns, working closely with the marketing team to enhance our market presence and customer engagement.

What you'll be doing

• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, and promotional materials
• Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms to increase brand visibility and customer interaction
• Support the coordination of promotional events and in-store marketing activities
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to help evaluate campaign effectiveness
• Maintain accurate records of marketing materials, inventory, and campaign documentation
• Assist in market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
