Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers warmly and assisting them with their bakery product selections
• Operating the till accurately and processing customer transactions, including cash and card payments
• Stocking shelves and maintaining product displays in an organized and visually appealing manner
• Ensuring the store, including display cases and counters, is kept clean and hygienic at all times
• Answering customer enquiries about products, pricing and availability
• Handling stock rotation and removing expired items from shelves
• Assisting with receiving and unpacking deliveries
• Following all health, safety and food hygiene regulations
• Supporting the team with additional tasks as needed to ensure smooth store operations
