Job summary

MySigrid is seeking a full-stack digital Marketing Specialist to own growth marketing end to end—strategy, content, distribution, and reporting. You will lead our lead-generation engine for international audiences and rely on strong written English and independent judgment.

You will manage campaigns, content calendar, SEO, paid advertising, email nurture, and performance reporting to the General Manager with clear insights and next steps.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, ideally marketing to international audiences
• Demonstrated results across at least three of: social media, SEO, paid advertising, email marketing, content production
• Proficiency with modern marketing tools: Meta, Google Ads, GA4, Search Console, an email platform, a CRM, Canva
• Excellent written English for public-facing copy and executive reports
• Strong analytical habits: measure before concluding, reports with insights
• Self-management with reliable home-office setup and timezone flexibility
• Comfort using AI tools to work faster, while applying human judgment when needed

Responsibilities

• Own MySigrid's lead-generation funnel: campaigns, landing pages, email nurture, conversions
• Oversee the monthly content calendar across social, blog, and email
• Create content: copy, briefs, and short-form video concepts in brand voice
• Manage paid campaigns (Meta, Google) within budgets and monitor spend daily
• Lead SEO efforts: keyword research, on-page optimization, blog and landing pages
• Develop brand assets: case studies, testimonials, and campaign stories
• Provide monthly performance reporting to GM with actionable insights

The Role

We are looking for a full-stack digital Marketing Specialist to own MySigrid's growth marketing end to end — strategy, content, distribution, and reporting. You will be the hands-on driver of our lead-generation engine: building the content calendar, running the campaigns, improving the funnel, and telling the MySigrid story to executives and businesses in the US, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. Our audience is international and discerning, so confident written English and independent judgment are non-negotiable.

What You Will Own

• MySigrid's lead-generation funnel: campaigns, landing pages, email nurture sequences, and conversion improvements from first touch to booked call
• The monthly content calendar across social media, blog, and email — planned, produced, and published on schedule
• Content creation: copy, graphics briefs, and short-form video concepts in MySigrid's brand voice
• Paid campaigns (Meta, Google) within agreed budgets, with spend and conversion monitored daily
• SEO: keyword research, on-page optimization, blog production, and landing-page improvements that grow organic traffic
• Brand assets that showcase MySigrid's work — case studies, testimonials, and campaign stories
• Monthly performance reporting to the General Manager with insights and clear next-step recommendations

What You Bring

• 3–5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, ideally marketing to international (US, EU, or AU) audiences
• Demonstrated results across at least three of: social media management, SEO, paid advertising, email marketing, content production
• Working fluency with the modern stack: Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, GA4, Search Console, an email platform (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar), a CRM (HubSpot preferred), Canva, and a scheduling tool
• Excellent written English — you will draft public-facing copy and executive reports without a safety net
• Strong analytical habits: you measure before you conclude, and your reports lead with insights, not screenshots
• Self-management: reliable home-office setup, comfortable with time-zone overlap where needed, and able to run multiple campaigns without dropped balls
• Comfort using AI tools to work faster — while knowing when human judgment and original thinking must lead

Nice to Have

• Experience in a startup or lean-team environment where you owned marketing end to end
• Basic design or video-editing ability (Canva Pro, CapCut, or similar)
• Experience marketing professional services or B2B offers
• Familiarity with WordPress or comparable CMS platforms
