Job summary

MySigrid is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to manage content calendars across email, social, and web, ensuring campaigns stay on schedule and assets are gathered from trainers, the marketing team, and founders. You will support demos, launches, and events with promotion, while tracking what goes out and on which channel.

The role focuses on planning and publishing across social platforms, growing audience engagement, and turning followers into demo sign ups.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Social Media Marketing or similar role.
• Knowledge of end-to-end social media processes: planning, creation, posting, results review.
• Strong editing skills for photos and videos (long form, reels, educational content).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate content calendars across email, social, and web and keep campaigns on schedule.
• Gather materials, assets, and approvals from trainers, marketing team, and founders.
• Support demos, launches, and events with promotion and preparation.
• Maintain visibility of what goes out, when, and on which channel.
• Plan, create, publish content across social channels on a consistent schedule.
• Engage with parents, educators, and partner communities online; grow trust and word of mouth.
• Review monthly results (reach, engagement, inquiries) and share learnings.
