ESCA Incorporated is seeking a Creative Marketing Professional to build and grow the brand’s digital presence across major social platforms. You will blend creative content execution with analytics to act as the brand voice, driving engagement and community growth.
Responsibilities include engagement across platforms, content calendar development, and support for executive events. You will also analyze performance and optimize campaigns while staying current with trends and platform updates.
A Creative Marketing Professional is responsible for building, growing, and managing the brand's overall digital presence across all social platforms. This role combines creative content execution and analytical insights to serve as the primary brand voice, driving audience engagement, executing strategic campaigns, and cultivating an active online community.
1. Engagement & Community Management
Monitor, moderate, and actively engage with our audience across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, YouTube, etc.) in a timely and on-brand manner.
Respond to direct messages, comments, mentions, and customer inquiries, collaborating with customer support/sales teams when necessary.
Proactively participate in industry-relevant conversations, trending topics, and online communities to expand brand reach and engagement.
Implement community-building initiatives (e.g., Q&A, polls, contests, user-generated content campaigns).
2. Content Creation & Social Media Management
Assist in developing and executing monthly social media content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and product launches.
Draft compelling copy, captions, and visual assets (images, short-form video reels/TikToks, graphics) that resonate with target audiences.
Plan and schedule content using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, Sprout Social).
Stay up to date with emerging social media trends, platform updates, hashtag strategies, and algorithm changes.
3. Event Management & Leadership Support
Provide operational and logistical assistance to top management and department leads in planning, organizing, and executing company events, executive meetings, town halls, webinars, and brand activations.
Assist leadership with venue selection, digital platform setup, guest/VIP coordination, and event scheduling.
Collaborate with internal teams to prepare executive presentation decks, event collateral, live social media coverage, and post-event recaps.
Handle administrative and coordination tasks related to event vendors, registration tracking, agenda management, and on-site or virtual support.
4. Strategy & Analytics
Track and report on key performance metrics (engagement rate, reach, follower growth, click-through rates, and sentiment).
Analyze content performance to extract actionable insights and continuously optimize future engagement strategies.
Conduct competitor research and benchmark performance against industry standards.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field.
5-10 years of experience managing social media accounts and community engagement for a brand (agency or in-house).
Hands-on experience with social media management platforms (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, etc.).
Proficiency in basic graphic design and short-form video editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite).
Familiarity with social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, native platform insights).
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong copywriting capabilities.
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer‑centric approach to online interactions.
High creativity, active adaptability to trends, and strong attention to detail.
Excellent time management and ability to handle live, fast-paced audience interactions.
Knowledge of paid social media advertising (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
Portfolio or examples of successful social media campaigns or community growth strategies managed in past roles.
