Overview
The Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing online and/or offline marketing campaigns that support key business objectives, including but not limited to client acquisition, client retention, and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution
- Implement marketing campaigns aimed at achieving business objectives, including but not limited to client acquisition, retention, and brand awareness.
- Assist in the ideation, planning, execution, optimization, monitoring, and reporting of all marketing initiatives in alignment with strategies established with management.
Channel Management
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to plan and execute diverse marketing campaigns across online and/or offline channels.
Performance Measurement and Reporting
- Evaluate and report on campaign performance, measuring results against established goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Provide actionable insights for product improvement, marketing strategies, and service enhancements based on campaign performance data.
Research and Innovation
- Investigate new and innovative growth strategies within the online and/or offline marketing landscape.
- Conduct experiments and tests to identify cost-effective tactics and measure their impact.
Content Consistency and Branding
- Ensure all marketing content aligns with branding guidelines and maintains consistency across all online and/or offline platforms.
- Propose creative strategies to enhance the effect of marketing materials through various marketing efforts.
Market Trends and Insights
- Contribute to marketing effectiveness by researching industry trends and insights.
- Monitor marketing expenditures and performance, offering solutions for both immediate and long-term challenges based on insights gathered.
Collaboration and Support
- Work closely with the Marketing Officer and other internal and/or external stakeholders to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
- Provide support in various marketing initiatives, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
- Perform other work-related functions and duties that may be assigned.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in advertising, online and/or offline marketing, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship or project experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset, capable of interpreting complex data to develop and execute effective marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience in handling multiple projects concurrently and delivering results within tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel for fieldwork and attend events as needed.
- Experience or skills in graphic design and/or content writing are an advantage but not required.
- Experience working in financial services or fintech is an advantage but not required.
- Experience in projects or initiatives involving OFWs or OFW communities is an advantage but not required.
