Job summary

ShopeePay in Manila is seeking a capable marketing professional to oversee end-to-end campaigns—from concept through execution and post-mortem analysis.

You will monitor KPIs, prepare management reports, and continuously recalibrate campaigns based on performance data, collaborating with Budget & Planning, Business Development, Operations and Product Management to drive impactful results.

Qualifications

• At least 1-3 years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
• Fintech or e-commerce marketing experience is a plus.
• Strong data-driven mindset with ability to derive insights and make recommendations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders.
• Adaptable in fast-paced environments with a growth mindset and team orientation.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end campaigns including conceptualization, execution, and post mortem.

Job description

• Manage end-to-end campaigns including, but not limited to, conceptualization, execution, and preparation of post mortem
• Responsible for monitoring and achieving KPIs as well as preparation of management reports
• Recalibrate and/or innovate campaigns based on project performance and data
• Ensure smooth, timely and impactful executions and drives continuous process optimizations
• Collaborate and coordinate across multiple business teams such as Budget & Planning, Business Development, Operations, Product Management

Requirements

• At least 1-3 years of work experience, with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
• Prior experience in fintech and/or e-commerce marketing will be a bonus
• Strong grasp of numbers, ability to derive insights and sound recommendations from data
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and thrive in a fast-paced environment
